CLIENT'S REQUIREMENTS

Consulting Engagement Terms and Conditions

Retainer Fee
A non-negotiable retainer fee of $10,000 is required and must be paid in full prior to the commencement of any consulting services. -
Consultation Compensation
In addition to the retainer fee, consultation compensation will include a negotiated percentage interest in the client’s business for the duration of the consulting contract, as specified in the formal agreement. -
Consulting Agreement Requirement
All clients are required to review and execute a formal Consulting Agreement prior to the provision of any services. This agreement will outline the scope of services, responsibilities, compensation structure, and contractual terms. -
Appointment Attendance
Clients are expected to attend and participate in all scheduled meetings, consultations, and development sessions throughout the duration of the business development process. -
Document Review and Understanding
Clients must carefully review and confirm their understanding of all development plans, strategies, and documentation prior to committing financial resources or implementing recommendations related to their business. -
Development Checklist Approval
At various stages of the engagement, clients may be required to review and sign a Consultant Development Checklist acknowledging the services discussed, approved, and completed during each phase of development. -
Client Implementation Responsibilities
The client is responsible for implementing and maintaining all systems, strategies, and operational frameworks developed as part of the consulting engagement. -
Compliance and Termination Clause
Failure to comply with any of the above requirements may result in termination of consulting services without refund, and any agreed compensation arrangements will remain enforceable for the duration specified in the contract. -
Contract Duration Compliance
All outlined requirements, responsibilities, and obligations must be maintained and adhered to for the entire duration of the consulting agreement.
