Born in New Orleans, LA, and educated in the Orleans Public Schools system, Kebbins started his working experience at 12. He worked in the restaurant industry at Jonathan's Restaurant on Rampart Street in 1983 before relocating at the age of 20 to St. Louis, MO. While there, he worked as a chef for an Investment Group managing 75 employees in high-volume food production for five years. He moved up within the company to become the Executive Chef while attending Forest Park Community College where he obtained an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration in 1988. In 1991, Kebbins relocated to Iowa and designed and operated a production kitchen for his employer. The operating budget for the kitchen was $88 million dollars with a gross income of $1 billion dollars annually. He started to venture into entrepreneurship by developing his first company called, Nightingales Investigation Organization Inc., specializing in security and VIP Protection in 1994. He expanded his business to Chicago, IL, operating a successful business for several years until some unfortunate circumstances led him to experience incarceration for the first time in his life for a period of five years.

 

While incarcerated he stayed productive by working in the kitchen, maintaining his cooking skills, and studying business, and criminal laws to bring forth change in our communities. He also developed three LLCs for 3 reformed individuals re-entering society with a more productive position in the community as business owners and reinstated 2 nonprofit organizations to obtain their exemption. As he neared his departure from the correctional facility, he began to develop Deliverance International Foundation Inc. to be an example for people all over the world. Since his incarceration in 2009, Kebbins began KP & Associates Consultant Firm to establish five corporations for other entrepreneurs in the New Orleans metropolitan area. Two of the five businesses he began were non-profit organizations. He accomplished this all before legalizing Deliverance International Foundation Inc. (DIF).

Since the development of both companies, KP has orchestrated the financial backing for and distribution of a medical device that is being manufactured in the US and distributed internationally to 9 different countries, while implementing 12 individual income systems for DIF to be self-sustainable.
